Results- AAU National Jr/ Sr Duals- Des Moines

10 Teams of JR/SR National Team wrestlers took to the mats at Hyvee Hall to battle it out for a national title.
In a very experienced and competitive division we witnessed many state champ vs state champ bouts. Many of Iowa’s state champs had plenty of wins but were also challenged and took losses.
Iowa was able to show it’s grit beating out a great South Dakota Legends of Gold team 37-24 for the AAU National Title.
Below are the final results of the duals and the top 20 kids by pin of the tournament.
We look forward to seeing the future of this division as it continues to bring so many of state’s national teams to battle right here in Des Moines.
